I am a Puratos customer, but my account could not be created

I have filled out the registration form with my customer number and email address, and I have set my password. However, when I clicked on "request registration" I got a message saying that my account could not be created and that I had to provide additional information.

When you create your MyPuratos account, we check that your customer number and email address match the data entered in our system. If this is the case, your account will be created automatically.

However, it is possible that the email address you provide is recent and does not match the email address we had previously registered. Or simply that your email address has never been registered in our system. In these cases, we ask you to provide additional information to be sure that the request comes from you and that no one is trying to take over your identity.

Once we have received and verified this additional information, we will be able to proceed with the activation of your account. If after 3 or 4 working days you still do not have access to MyPuratos, do not hesitate to contact us by email or ask your representative to update your customer file.
