Mochi

Add all ingredients in a bowl, mix at low speed for 1 min; followed by medium speed for 2 min.
Scale dough pieces of each 25g.
Shape the dough into a ball and put on a baking tray.

Baking temperature: Top 180°C, Bottom 160°C and bake for 33 min.

Top Temperature: 180°C
Bottom Temperature: 160°C


Filling

Whip the Ambiante at medium speed. Add the honey and lemon juice to the Cremfil Silk, mix until evenly.
Incorporate gently the whipped Ambiante.
Lastly, incorporate gently the Smoobees.

Mochi is a popular item in Asia in recent years. It was made as the tea cakes during Tang Dynasty of China. In the 7th century, Japanese brought Mochi to Japan and localized it as Wagashi.
This creative mochi is made by Puratos Tegral Red Mochi Mix with noble red wine color and rose flavor. The gummy texture melts in your mouth slowly, bringing you sweet romance.
The filling contains 30% strawberry Smoobees, which makes the flavor fresher and more natural, with outstanding texture.
