Working Method

Snow Skin
  • Mix snow skin premix with shortening until combine.
  • Add water and mix well become a non-stick  dough.
  • Add in green food colouring.
  • Let it rest for 5 minutes.

Hami-Melon Filling (Panna Cotta)
  • Heat up the whipping cream and mix with Cremfil Classic Hami Melon.
  • Melt gelatine mass, add into Cremfil Classic Hami Melon mixture.

Hami-Melon Filling (Hami Melon Mousse)
  • Mix Cremfil Classic Hami Melon and water together.
  • Melt gelatine mass, add into Cremfil Classic Hami Melon mixture and mix well.
  • Whip Ambiante and whipping cream together until soft peak.
  • Fold it into Cremfil Classic Hami Melon mixture.
