Mix well all ingredients for 3 – 5 minutes until homogenous
Bake temperature 180C for 15 – 18 minutes depends on size
Soak gelatin into water for 5 minutes
Warm milk and whipping cream, pour into deli caramel and stir well
Warm gelatin and fold into mixture
Cut banana, fold into caramel mixture
Soak gelatin into water for 5 minutes
Boil puree and sugar, set aside and cold down until room temperature.
Fold in mascarpone into mixture
Whip up whipping cream and fold into puree mixture
Lastly melt gelatin and fold into mousse mixture gently
